Obituary of Maurice John Coupal

It is with deep sadness that we say goodbye to our dear, sweet, kind and loving Papa. His gentle guidance will be missed beyond words. Mauri, late of White City, SK, passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023.

He was predeceased by his parents, Gabe and Vera Coupal; his in-laws Mike and Sophie Sakundiak; his brother-in-law Don Sakundiak; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Mauri leaves to mourn his loving wife, Virginia; sons, Dustin (Andrea), Robin (Stephanie) and Daniel (Crystal); as well as his precious grandchildren, who he loved dearly. He also leaves his brothers, Dan (Prairie), Jerome (Shirley); and his sisters, Linda (Arnie Skulmoski), Gailene (Lionel Kambeitz) and Tina Coupal.

Mauri loved his life and was surrounded by a wonderful, loving family, life-long friends, colleagues, and customers at Sedley Seeds and Grainex International.

You are welcome to join us for a Celebration of Life at Our Lady of Grace Church, Sedley, SK on Friday, August 11, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., with Reverend Greg Coupal and Reverend Louis Abello officiating. Remembrance Fellowship to follow at the White City Farm.
