KLASSEN, Dennis Jerome

1941-2023

It is with grateful hearts we give thanks for a life well lived of our beloved father, grandfather, and brother Dennis Jerome Klassen, late of Regina, SK. Dennis passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at the age of 81 years.

He will be forever remembered and deeply missed by his four children and their families Randy (Norma) Klassen, Kristen, and Kaylee; Deborah Klassen (Robert Lamb), Theoren, Lucas and Meghan; Cory (Tricia) Klassen and Tara (Kelly) Wallis, Montanna, and Talen. Dennis is also survived by his three brothers, Cy, Ken and Wendy; his two sisters Pat and Sandy; as well as his brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Dennis was predeceased by his loving wife Estella Klassen; his parents Wendolin and Tillie Klassen; his brothers Larry, Duane, and Ralph; his brothers in law Harold and Denis; Estella’s parents Ben and Maria Rolfes and numerous brother and sister in laws.

Dennis will always be lovingly remembered for his witty fun-loving ways, strength, faith, work ethic, his love for music and his ability to make friends everywhere he went.

The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all the Parkside Care Home Staff and Dr. McMillan who took such good care of Dennis, as well as to everyone who took the time to visit and spend time with him in the last few months.  “With all our hearts, we thank you.”

A Visitation will take place at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, August 17, 2023, at 7:00 p.m.

We will gather in love for a Funeral Mass at Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church, 5020 Sherwood Drive, Regina, SK on Saturday, August 19, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, 815 Assiniboine Avenue East, Regina, SK.
