Judith, you will be greatly missed but not forgotten. You were a key link in our family. We always felt like sisters, which neither one of us had.
Our closeness goes back to our preschool days. We spent hours playing house, making canned vegetables with fresh veggies from your parent's garden, parading our"babies" around Neudorf, playing hospital. We would ride our bikes in the summer and skate in the winter.
In my very early teens, my family took up roots in Winnipeg, Manitoba, so we weren't able to be as connected. Later on in our lives, Judith and Gunter made it possible for Dave and I to travel with them to Mexico a couple of times, Fiji, Australia, Bali, Germany, Italy, including a two-week crossover trip to Miami, Florida. We made terrific travel companions and shared so many happy times together! In addition, we both made several trips back and forth to visit each other at our respective homes or meet in Calgary which was one of our favourite shopping places.
Judith, when Gunter passed away, you lost your beloved husband and soul mate and Dave, in particular, lost one of his best friends.
You touched so many people's lives with positive results.
Jodi, Zach and Bob our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. Judith, our hope is that you have now joined other family members and are resting in peace. You will always be in our hearts.
Love, Sharon and Dave

Jodi and family ~ I first met your mom in 1985. We shared many heartfelt conversations.
In 1989, my daughter, Jenn, had Mrs Kocks as her grade 2 teacher at Grant Road.
Jenn has many fond memories of your mom. Her ultimate favourite was when she got a ride in your moms Porsche 911 the day the students came to your house. She was very impressed with how your mom had everything colour coordinated and loved her amazing collection of shoes and eye glasses!
I remember you playing the harp and how wonderfully you played Jodi. She was a lovely lady and we are glad to have known her.
Our deepest sympathies to all of you.

Salutations to My Special Friend
Today I learned that my dear friend passed away,
But many happy memories are definitely here to stay.
Judy was a very special friend to me throughout the years,
Even when we were far away or near.
We'd have lengthy chats about interior design, fashion, politics, and health,
As well as music, our own family history and the Royals and their wealth.
She was my favorite teacher when I was in Grade Two,
I admired her as a little girl and I soon knew what I wanted to do!
I keenly followed in Judy's footsteps to becoming a teacher just like her,
The passionate lessons and experiences that she shared inspired me to be an educator.
Purple and pink, her colours were so distinct,
Whether it was her attire, accessories, or her decorating - it was all linked.
Eloquent speaker who carried herself with class,
Judy displayed fine etiquette as she travelled the world with stunning pizzazz!
I'm grateful for all the good times we shared,
I will continue to remember your love, kindness, and the way you cared.
Judy will always have a very special place in my heart,
She is now at peace, the beautiful memories - will never part.
Love,
Karen Kyle (Adolph)

I am in the same care home as Judith was. I called her my beautiful lady. She always dressed up in her favourite purple and jewels and make up. We are all going to miss you so much. I pray you are reunited with your parents and Gunter.
