Obituary of Rose Phillips

On Monday, May 31, 2010 Rose Marie Phillips (Le Jour) passed away peacefully at the age of 61 years, after a short battle with cancer. Predeceased by her partner, Ronald Bishop; father, Samuel George; mother, Mary Alice; sisters, Geraldine and Esther; and son-in-law Randy Livingstone. Rose leaves behind to celebrate her life, her two daughters, Claudette of Ottawa, Jennifer (Nathan) of Regina; her siblings, Ivan of Winnipeg, Eldon (Sharon), Leslie, Debbie (Dwayne), Brad (Geri), Brenda (Mike), Bernard (Gwen), Darren, all of Regina; Karen Mills of Prince Albert; grandchildren, Alicia-Marie, Tyler, Lance, Paige, Ryan, Kiara, Spencer, DeShawn, Crystal; great-grandchildren, Israel, Jordan, Landon, Layla, Brady and Carter; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and her special friend, Hilda Morrissette. Prayers will be held TONIGHT (Wednesday) at 7:00 p.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Child R.C.
