Obituary of Kam Shui Cheung

張金水先生生平簡述 張金水先生生於香港1926年9月17日，終於2008年3月4日。並於1949年結婚，育有七個女兒及一個兒子，現有六個女兒及一個兒子和三個男孫，三個女孫在身邊。在1984年與妻子兒子移民於加拿大雷城。 金水一生在香港從事船務工作三十年多。自幼依從家族傳統拜偶像。移民後，妻子及兒女在不同時段信主歸信耶穌基督，雖然，他有參與教會的聚會及崇拜，但一直猶豫不決未肯接受浸禮。 在2006年一次旅行途中，遇上一次嚴重的呼吸困難，女兒都不知所措，唯有立刻跪下向神呼求，感謝神，Halleluiah，兩小時後，他呼吸回復暢順。在住院期間，女兒再次邀請父親接受基督，感謝神，他即時點頭表示接受，適逢吳在志牧師到院探望，他便親口表示願意接受主耶穌基督為他個人救主，並於2006年受浸於General Hospital。 受浸後，他心中充滿平安和喜樂。最後，我們看到主耶穌恩典十分豐盛，在他生命中賜下奇異恩典！ Cheung Kam Shui Eulogy Cheung Kam Shui was born in Hong Kong on Sept 17th 1926 and went home to be with his Lord on March 4th 2008. He was married in 1949. Kam Shui had seven daughters, one son, six grandchildren (three boys and three girls). In 1984 he, his wife and son immigrated to Regina, Canada. Before he immigrated, he worked with his wife in the boating business for 30 years in Hong Kong. He followed his family’s custom of worshipping different types of idols. Throughout the years after immigration, his wife and children accepted Jesus Christ as their personal saviour! Although he attended church, Sunday worship and fellowship, he was still undecided about getting baptised. On one of his vacations in 2006, he had serious difficulty breathing. All of his children didn’t know what to do. They just bowed down and prayed to God asking Him to heal their father! Praise the Lord, Hallelujah. Kam Shui’s breathing returned back to normal within two hours. Back to Regina, one day, he was not feeling well and his children took him to General Hospital. During that time, his daughters asked him again: do you want to accept Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour? Praise the Lord! Kam Shui nodded his head and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour. At the same time, Rev. Ng came to visit him and prayed with him. In 2006, he got baptised at the General Hospital. After his baptism, his heart was full of joy and peace. At last, we can see God’s amazing grace abundantly, in the life of Kam Shui!
