Obituary of Madeline Helen Wilson

MADELINE (MADDY) HELEN WILSON May 10, 1940 – September 19, 2014 It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of our aunt and friend. Aunt Maddy was predeceased by her parents, George Wilson and Helen Elder; her sister Deirdrie Boucher, her brother Allan Wilson and sister-in-law Sharon Wilson. She will be remembered by her nieces and nephews, Irene (Dennis) Bowers, Timothy Boucher, Bevin (Akiko) Wilson and Kimberley Wilson; great-nieces and nephew, cousins, and friends. Aunt Maddy loved her family, friends, a good cup of tea, and her Saskatchewan Roughriders. Aunt Maddy lived in Regina for over 50 years, through those years she volunteered for many clubs and organizations, participated in dog walks, attend concerts, fall suppers, and cheered at football games. She loved every minute. Aunt Maddy worked with great pride for the CIBC bank for 35 years. She cherished deeply the lifelong friends she made over the years. She will be greatly missed for her kind and caring nature. A Graveside Service will be held at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery, 815 Assiniboine Ave East, Regina on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2R3, or Canadian Arthritis Society, 202-2550 12th Avenue, Regina, SK, S4P 3X1.
