Obituary of Dennis Evan Krogsgaard

Dennis of Regina, Saskatchewan passed away on October 9, 2014. He was born on the family farm in Bures, Saskatchewan on August 17, 1935 to Thomas and Larsienna Krogsgaard. Dennis worked on the family farm until he graduated from high school with a grade 12 diploma. After graduation he moved into Regina and began a career in the Insurance Industry. His career took him from SGIO (SGI) in Regina, to Sutherland Agencies in Brandon, Manitoba, then back to Regina where he retired from The Co-operators. While working for The Co-operators, Dennis achieved a Fellowship in insurance. Dennis is survived by his wife Gladys; two daughters Balynda (Ken) and Twila (Peter); six grandchildren Dannee, Peggy (Garrett), Nathan (Tracey), Brendan, Bridgett (Chris) and Jady; and three great grandchildren Adysynth, Eislihn and Chayanne. He is predeceased by his grandson Adam, sister Lillian and brother Roy. A Celebration of Dennis' life will be held at Christ Lutheran Church, 4825 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, SK on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Lynn Robertson officiating. Interment will take place at Riverside Memorial Park. Please help us celebrate by wearing something Hawaiian. Flowers are gratefully declined.
