Obituary of Gladys Mary Eleanor Mickleborough

GLADYS MARY ELEANOR MICKLEBOROUGH 1922 – 2015 Gladys passed away on Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by her children, Wendy and Craig; sister Loyce (Dale) and nephew David, she is survived by her devoted husband of sixty-eight years Carman; grandchildren, Larissa (Troy) Chase and Carman, Jr.; great-grandson Tavin Craig; sister Ruby (Ken); niece and nephews, Traci, Clay (Wendy), Bobby, Dane (Laura) and Ken (Alison); as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Gladys was a loyal Rider fan and Royal family admirer. We all loved her ‘one liners’ and treasured her sense of humour, and quick wit. We will forever miss our ‘chin wags’ with our dear Gladie. Special thanks to the staff of College Park Retirement Home and 4A Pasqua staff. Visitation for family and friends will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Sunday, January 25, 2015 from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel on Monday, January 26, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
