Obituary of Michael Reban

MICHAEL REBAN AUGUST 26, 1929 – JANUARY 24, 2015 Michael Reban passed away peacefully on January 24, 2015 at the age of 85 years, in the presence of his loving family. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Arlene; son Daniel Reban (Deborah); daughters Catherine Reban and Karen Dynna (Marvin); son Kenneth Reban; grandchildren Jaime Reban, Joshua Reban, Melissa Anderson (Jeff), Wendy Wegner (Ryan), Joel Dynna, Matthew Reban, Michael Reban and Justin Scoenthal; great-grandchildren Lauren, Julia, Emma and Brayden; sisters Maria and Emelia as well as many nieces and nephews. Throughout his life Michael demonstrated his strong dedication to his family and faith, as well as to his profession. He lived a very selfless life, helping those in need and always willing to go that extra mile. His compassion and caring knew no bounds, and serves as an example to us all. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 2075 McDonald Street, Regina, SK with Rev. Vitaliy Ihnativ officiating. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, friends may make a donation, in memory of Michael, to the Parkinson Society of Saskatchewan, 610 Duchess Street, Saskatoon, SK S7K 0R1.
