Jeremy passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at the age of 31 years. Survived by his loving parents, Ron and Shirley Smith; sister Jaime (Nathan); brother Derek (Tara); nephews and niece, Ryland Koshman, Karter and Belle Smith; his dogs, Grover and Bailey.
