Obituary of Frances Carol Hague

FRANCES CAROL HAGUE nee HUFNAGEL Fran passed away peacefully Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Regina Pioneer Nursing Home at the age of 91 years. Loving mother of son Kelly Hague (Mary); daughters, Colleen Hague and Maureen Britton; granddaughters, Laura and Chris Hague; and grandsons, Kevin and Keith Britton. She is also survived by her sister Hilda McDonald; nieces and nephews and many friends. At seventeen years old, Fran went to Toronto to work in munitions factories in aid of the war effort. After the war and back in Regina, Fran was a stay-at-home mother. Fran eventually went to work, first at Crescent Furniture, then at Sears, until she retired. She loved to sing and you could often hear her singing as she went about her day. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 2026 Winnipeg Street, on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Private Interment will be at Riverside Memorial Park.
