Obituary of Mary Jane Lapeyre

MARY J. LAPEYRE 1917 -2015 Mary passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015 in Regina. Predeceased by her mother and father, Hèlene and Pierre Lapeyre; brothers, Peter (Margaret) and John (Gladys); sister Lucy; nephew John Huss; brothers-in-law, Leiv Nielsen and Herb Haubrich, Mary is survived by two sisters, Rita Nielsen and Suzanne Haubrich; as well as several nieces and nephews. Mary taught school in rural schools for many years, completing her teaching career in Regina. Throughout her life she enjoyed travelling to many parts of the world. Funeral Service will be held at Westminster United Church, 3025 – 13th Avenue, Regina, SK on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held at Eastend Cemetery, near where she was born, on Thursday, April 2nd at 1:00 p.m. Friends so wishing may make donations, in memory of Mary, to the charity of their choice.
