RICHARD ALLAN MOFFATT It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Moffatt on May 23, 2015. Richard will be deeply missed by his wife Tracy; son Nathan (Alicia); grandmother Hazel; mother Ethel; brothers Rob (Maryanne) and Mike; sister Laura (Boyd); many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews as well as many family and friends including the Brandt and Stubel family. Graveside Service will be at Riverside Memorial Park, 815 Assiniboine Avenue, Regina, SK., on Wednesday May 27, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Please meet at the cemetery gates at 2:15 p.m. Flowers gratefully declined.
