Obituary of Rose Lipinski

Rose Lipinski (Fuchs), late of Regina, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 28, 2015 at the age of 87 years. To Mom and Nana: She’s a beautiful noise, the sound of her voice and beat of her heart as she caresses you at your birth, the sound of her song as she sings you to sleep, the sound of encouragement when she beams with how proud she is of you, the sound of her stare when she expresses her disappointment when she knows you can do better. She’s a beautiful noise, the sound of her love when she does everything she can to keep you safe, to keep you healthy, to teach you right from wrong and when she knows you have to live your own life and she supports you no matter what. She’s a beautiful noise, the sound of her prayers as she teaches us how important her faith is to her and how special she wants it to be to us. She’s a beautiful noise, the sound of her life and the memories that ring in our ears and our hearts as on that first day of our birth. We will never lose that noise; we will cherish it, and try to make her proud as we live the life she gave us. Thank you. Mom was predeceased by her loving husband Bill and her son Gordon, she missed them both very much and is now reunited with them in faith and love. Mom is survived by her beautiful daughter Marie who loved her, cared for her and was mom’s guardian angel and best friend; her sons and daughters-in-law that she loved like her own, Gillian, Lloyd and Sharon, Bruce and Lori, and Norman and Michelle; her grandchildren and great grandchildren that she was so proud of and was grateful that she was able to share life with, Andrew and Emma, Joel and Leah, Linsey and Brett, Melanie, Christina, Amy and Keith, Jack and Will; her sisters Isabelle, Berta, Mary, Grace, Dorothy, her brother-in-law Metro and the angels here on earth that gave comfort and support, Berta, Doug, Karen, Phyllis and the many parishioners at St. Peters that gave her their smiles and handshakes and welcomed her, these gestures meant so much to mom. Mom loved her church community, she loved being part of the CWL, and she loved bingo and cards. She donated her time and cooking skills to the church and the many organizations that fed the needy. She loved her garden and flowers which she tended with care. She loved talking to her grandchildren; she took an interest in their lives and what they did and their dreams, their dreams became mom’s dreams. As a family we would like to thank Father JB and the parish community of St. Peters’, next to her family she loved her faith and her church. The care and support provided to mom by Dr. Stephen Bester and Shirley have been a blessing. We would like to thank Tara, Linda and the staff at Golden Years Manor, and everyone who touched mom’s life either in person or in their prayers. Mom had so many friends, many of whom she never knew.
