Obituary of Lynette Marion Chamberlain

Lynette passed away on June 1, 2015. She was born on a farm near Ogema, SK on September 20, 1923. She was predeceased by her parents George and Elizabeth Chamberlain and brother Austin. She is survived by her brother Joseph and sisters-in law Joan and Winnifred. She is also survived by her nieces Carla Chamberlain, Shelley Fullerton and Diane Hicks; her nephew Curtis Chamberlain and many great nieces and nephews. Lyn worked as a secretary at SaskTel for thirty nine and a half years. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers, the Royal Purple, a long-time member of the Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary and volunteered as secretary for #600 (Regina) Wing Air Force Association of Canada for thirty years after retiring. Lyn was an avid golfer and bowler, a baseball and football fan and enjoyed playing cards. A private family graveside will be held.
