Obituary of Richard Davidson

Richard, born April 14, 1925 at Sec 24, Tp 10, Rge 4, W3rd, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Grace Hospice in Regina. Predeceased by his wife of 58 years, Ida; parents, Joseph and Martha Davidson and sister Doris Holt, Richard is survived by his sons, Brian (Diana) of Cochrane, AB and Joseph (Darcel) of Moose Jaw, SK; brother Murray of Winnipeg, MB; numerous relatives and friends; and his very good friend Pauline. Honouring Richard’s request, no funeral service will be held. A Come and Go Tea in his honor will be held at Speers Family Centre, 2333 Cornwall Street, Regina on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Please join us for a time of fellowship and sharing of stories. A private family interment will occur at a later date in Geneva Cemetery, Palmer, SK. The family would deeply like to thank all the staff at the Stapleford Clinic, RQHR (Regina General Hospital and Pasqua Hospital) and to Wascana Grace Hospice for your excellent care for Richard over the years.
