Obituary of Renette Ann Keewatin

Renette Ann Keewatin (Pocket) passed away peacefully on Friday, June 5, 2015 at the age of 44 years. Predeceased by her mother Bessie Georgina Keewatin and father Ross Kakaway; daughter Treshia Raven Keewatin; nephew Jamie Collin Kootenay; brothers Ian Ronald Keewatin, Eugene Paul Keewatin. Renette is survived by her partner Les Tokohopie; daughter Tasheena (Robert), sons Dakota, Brendan and Jesse; grandchildren Alphonse, Georgia-Lyn, Daniel, Ann-Marie, Priscilla and Emerick; sisters Shanie (Tom), Lila (Brian), Loree (Gil), Leah (Ron); brothers Steve (Maxine), Darcy, Royce (Janice), Calvin McArthur; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Traditional Wake will be held on Tuesday, June 9, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. at the Okanese First Nation Learning Centre. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Okanese First Nation Learning Centre. Interment at West End Cemetery. Elders officiating.
