Joanne passed along the obit of Bob. We are sorry to hear of his passing. he was a great step dad and Meagans boys met him also. whenever he and mom came up to Lacombe. Dinah always said he was a good Hugger.
he was such a funny guy -his little dittys and jokes were fun, He and mom had a great bunch of years together - travelling ,golfing, eating out and visiting people.. I think they were so happy together.
We will miss him too..

Bryce, our condolences on your Dad's passing. We look back fondly at the great times we shared; at the golf course, San Diego, and Queen street. We feel fortunate and honoured to call him a great friend.

"Grandpa" Bob will be always be remembered with loving fondness and many wonderful memories. He always had a joke and a smile ready, and I will always remember sitting with him, as a little girl. While I didn't see him often in recent years, I am thankful to have had the opportunity to visit with him when I did and marvel at his quick wit even at his advanced age. Sending love and hugs to you, Uncle Bryce and to your family, and to all who loved him.

Bryce, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. The old Queen Street gang just keeps shrinking.
I have so many good memories spent with your family. One was sitting on your patio watching Sputnik pass by inn the night sky. Another was good times at the boat house, playing in the water and taking boat rides. Then there were the neighborhood get-togethers and the silliness at Halloween putting the wheel barrow on our back porch roof and the bloomers on Tim Temlet's TV antenna. Your dad was always a big help with house projects, like the folding table he made for mom for the kitchen hallway.
I'm glad he had a good, long life.
Take care.
Bob
