Peggy was a long-time Girl Guide friend of mine. She was my daughter's Guide Leader for a few years, my mentor as I took on the Program Director role and co-worker for a zillion BINGOs. Peggy was a woman of courage, inspiration, faith in others, a motivator, a mentor and a deep love for all things Guiding. She was selfless, always putting others' interests first. She kept her own challenges private, always focusing what was going on in others' lives around her. Peggy taught me much - about Guiding and about life. I am proud to have called her my sister and my friend. I will miss you dearly, Peggy. Peace be with you...until we meet again.

the world is a better place because of Peggy! I had the pleasure to travel with Peggy to Mexico, Calgary, Winnipeg, and so many places in Saskatchewan! She was a role model to so many girls and women, and was one of my mentors! she has and always will be an inspiration to all in Guiding! thank you Peggy for helping me become the woman I am - I will miss you dearly!
