Obituary of Walter Wilfred McLashen

Walter passed away peacefully on Wednesday Sept. 16, 2015. He was predeceased by his wife Olga (Timoffee) in 2013. He will be greatly missed by his son Douglas and (Iris Viney) of Regina; daughter Debbie Porter (Jim) of Brampton, Ontario; his brother Ed McLashen and sister Olga Duff of Yorkton and brother Stan Michalishen of Estevan. Walter is predeceased by his brother Joe Michalishen and sisters Nell Rohatinsky and Kay Popowich, all of Yorkton. Thanks to his caregivers at Victoria Park, and Grace Hospice and Dr. J. S. McMillan. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, on Friday September 25, 2015, at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. J. B. Okai officiating. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, those so wishing may make a memorial donation in Walter’s name to Wascana Grace Hospice, 50 Angus Road, Regina, SK, S4R 8P6.
