I worked as well with Rick and he was kind and helpful and made a difference in so many ways. I saw Rick several times after his retirement and it was always a good laugh and pleasure to talk. My kindest regards to Ricks family and friends. Dave D

I would like to express my sympathy and condolences on Rick's passing. I enjoyed working with Rick for many years at Kalium. I will be in Arizona on Saturday and not be able to attend Rick's Celebration of Life. My prayers are for comfort and God's peace during this time of loss. Garry Rowe
