Obituary of Lila Lorraine Panasiuk

It saddens us to announce the passing of a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Lila Lorraine Panasiuk, late of Lang, SK, passed away on Sunday October 25, 2015 at the age of 80 years, following a short illness. Predeceased by her parents, Peter and Elsie Lautenslager; granddaughter Brandi Panasiuk; brothers-in-law, Joseph Schmidt, and Alex Topola; Lila is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Harry; daughter Rae Panasiuk of Lang, SK; son Rene (Sarah) Panasiuk of Swift Current, SK; three grandchildren, Shelby Panasiuk, Abigail Yee, Shayne Nergard; sister Gaylene Schmidt; brother Gaylord (Donna) Lautenslager; sister-in-law Dora Topola: nieces and nephews, Jerry (Cindy) Schmidt, Kelly (Katrina) Schmidt, Lonnie (Karen) Lautenslager, Lana Thiessin, Michael (Leslie) Topola, Vince (Lianne) Topola, Stephen Topola, Dan Topola, Helen (Brian) Kuyek; and numerous great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Lila’s Life will be held for family and friends at the Lang Hall, Lang, Saskatchewan on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Officiating the service will be Pastor Ed Fischer.
