Obituary of Marjorie Victoria Wasyliw

Marjorie peacefully returned to God, her Father, on November 1, 2015 in her 70th year of life. Marjorie will be lovingly remembered by her family and her many friends. Marjorie is predeceased by her parents, Barbara and John; her son Timothy and the father of her children, Lawrence. Left to cherish Marjorie’s memory is her son James (Tiana); her daughter Lori (Neil); her grandchildren Colby and Lindsay; her brothers Edgar (Bev), Tom (Robin) and her sisters Shirley (Bill) and Carol (Steve). For many years, Marjorie worked in the cleaning and hospitality industry and was a caregiver for many children, including her grandchildren. She provided a very active, supporting role in her family’s lives and anyone who was blessed to have her in their lives, knew they could always count on her to support, accept and love them unconditionally. Marjorie dedicated her entire life to her family, friends and to her faith. She lived her life with an unwavering faith in her religious and spiritual beliefs and an unconditional love and caring for all those in her life. Marjorie loved music and liturgy and was faithfully involved in her church and Christian Meditation. She knew in her heart and soul that she would soon be returning to her home in Heaven. She was often referred to by others as a Saint and passed away on “All Saints Day.” Visitation and prayers will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday November 5, 2015 from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
