Dear Family, Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the passing of my dear brother-in-law. I will always remember Bill for his lovely blue eyes. My favorite name for him was Mr. Blue Eyes. He always had a winning smile full of mischief. Over the years we kept in touch by long distance and of course during the festive season and certainly for his birthday, "whenever I remembered"!!. We shared a special comradery for which I will always be grateful. Now you are reunited with my dear sister Margaret. Sleep well my friend. Your loving sister-in-law Joan Clarke.
