Obituary of Alexis Gerardo Tayco

ALEXIS GERARDO TAYCO Alexis Gerardo Tayco, late of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, November 26, 2015 at the age of 69 years. Alexis was born in Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines, grew up on a rice farm and went on to accomplish higher education at the Mapúa Institute of Technology in Manila, Philippines. He was a strong family man and a Mechanical Engineer. He belonged to Kappa Gamma Sigma Fraternity and the Knights of Columbus. Predeceased by parents, Pedro Flores Tayco and Corazon Gerardo Tayco. Alexis is survived by his spouse Vilsilyn Tayco; children, Alvil, Ailyn and Alexis Jr.; sisters, Angelina Cordero, Marcelina Zaulda, Maria Ely de Felipe, Estella Santorio; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. The Funeral Mass will take place at Holy Trinity Parish, 5020 Sherwood Drive on Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Flowers are welcome.
