Obituary of Iris Sheila Evans

IRIS SHEILA EVANS Iris Sheila Evans passed away peacefully on November 22, 2015 at the age of 90. She is predeceased by her parents Hubert and Kathleen Evans and sister Ruth Machin (Howard). Her memory will be cherished by Ralph Machin (Myrna), Morley Machin (Jean), Diane Nagel (Ron), Brenda Machin and special cousin Mary King residing in England, as well as many extended family members. Auntie Iris was the spark in the room at family gatherings and loved to shoot one-liners at her family. Time with family was very precious to her. Iris was a dedicated employee of the Provincial Civil Service for many years. Special thanks to Dr. Lotz and the team of care professionals at Santa Maria Nursing Home for their wonderful care. A Private Family Memorial Service was held with interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
