Obituary of Andrew Joseph Phelan

Andy passed away quietly and peacefully on Monday, January 4, 2016 at Santa Maria in Regina at the age of 64. He is survived by his brothers Frank (Carol), Jim (Sharlene), Hugh (Mary) and Martin; his sisters Mary Jo and Theresa; brother-in-law Earle DeCoteau and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his Garetty family especially Sister Agnes Fillion. He was predeceased by his parents Hugh and Mary; his sister Anne DeCoteau; his brothers Dan and Kevin and brother-in-law Alex Beveridge. Andy was a special gift to all who knew him. Funeral service will be held at Santa Maria, 4215 Regina Avenue, Regina, SK, on Saturday January 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. The family wishes to thank Monsignor Ken Miller for presiding. We also wish to express our appreciation for the exceptional care given to our brother Andy by Sister Agnes Fillion and all the staff at Garetty Home, Elmhurst and Santa Maria.
