Obituary of David Allen Cruickshank

David late of Regina, SK passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the age of 61 years. He was predeceased by his father Donald Cruickshank. David is survived by his mother Doreen Cruickshank; daughter Lyndsey Cruickshank of Assiniboia, SK; daughter Kristen Cruickshank of Regina, SK; son Norman Halbert of Regina, SK; two grandchildren, Quinton and Aubrey; sisters Judy (Peter) Fuller of Red Deer, AB; Donna (Darren) Clancy of Warman, SK and Linda Cruickshank of Regina as well as several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank Dr. Meiers and her team and all the staff at the Surgical ICU at Regina General Hospital for their care. A Service of Remembrance in honor of David's life will take place at a later date.
