I loved Estelle, she was one of my favorite people to chat with. I had many conversations with her and I always enjoyed her straight from the shoulder approach. She was terrific and I will miss her greatly.

So sorry to hear the news. Estelle was a dear friend of my mother Muriel Young and the family. She and my mother shared so many good times and so much laughter. She was a real inspiration to me as a teenager: she was strong, independent, generous, informed and opinionated. She and my father Lionel had many a spirited conversation over dinner. Rest in peace Estelle. We will miss you.

I first met Estelle as a client of mine in the late 1980's and quickly found her to be a bit of a character. She became a good client and more so, a good friend. She always liked to give me a few good shots, all in fun. On her birthdays, Laurie and Donna, my associates and I would often take her out for lunch usually to some place she had not been and there was always a celebratory glass of wine to be drunk. She will be missed by all who knew her. Her spunk,wit, and good humour will be remembered and missed. Rest well, Estelle. You earned it. Bob Rea
