My heart goes out to the family, I wish I was able to be there for all you. The past few days have been so hard, so many memories with Josh that are vivid in my mind. "Sometimes when I'm alone I cry, 'cause I am on my own. The tears I cry are bitter and warm. They flow with life but take no form. I cry because my heart is torn. I find it difficult to carry on. If I had an ear to confiding, I would cry among my treasured friend, but who do you know that stops that long, to help another carry on. The world moves fast and it would rather pass by. Then to stop and see what makes one cry, so painful and sad. & sometimes... I cry & no one cares about why." I'll be missing you Josh, rest in sweet paradise until we meet again

Josh, I will never forget how courageous you always were. I won't ever forget your soft touch as tears roll down my face, or how you would hold my hands to calm me my friend. Your smile and cheeky slick attitude always made your softness not shine through on a first impression glance to most. It is the people who knew you personally that know what I am saying. You truly as human being shocked my soul. I have memories of good hard laughs and smiles. I will not forget your kind gestures as you truly were a unique friend. I will scream out your name and ask you to be with me. I ask you to not stop being my friend and come as I asked for you to. I was not finished with our friendship, so Josh you have no choice but to hear me when I call! Josh of course it will be an emergency.... We are truly sorry for this family's loss. Please smile though when you think of Josh. He hated when we cried and always wanted it to get better. So I hope we all can share laughter in his memory because if you knew Josh you know that is his request from Heaven's Gate. RIP, Josh. I have been thinking about you a lot. Remembering all the good times you and Sean used to have and how I used to have to watch you two like a hawk or one of you would end up with some daredevil injury. Always too brave for your own good :) We will miss you. I will think of you often. I walk by your picture every day. You and Sean white water rafting. Loved that trip! You did too. Wish we could do it again.
