Obituary of Agnes Shiplack

August 11, 1926 – March 3, 2016 Agnes passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2016 at the age of 89 years. Predeceased by her loving husband of sixty-three years, Steve, she is survived by her daughters, Beverlie, Shirley (Ferg), Caron, Barbara (Kevin), Deborah (James) and Lana; grandchildren, Kory (Shelly), Scott (Julie), Heidi (David), Sarah (Henry), Kyle, Michael, Megan, Dillon (Taryn), Keaton, Ensa and Ella; great-grandchildren, Rosario, Brahm, Karsten, Esaias and Rowan, Kyler and Taylen, DJ (Lindsay Marie) and Ethan; great-great-grandchild Easton; sisters, Victoria (John), Emily and Beverly; brothers, Elmer and Melvin; sisters-in-law, Doreen, Daisy, Helen, Sylvia, Thelma and Olga; numerous nieces and nephews. Agnes was also predeceased by her parents Nicholas and Anastasia Marchuk; sisters Elsie and Ruth; brothers, Michael, Metro, Paul and Edward. Funeral Rite will be held at Descent of the Holy Spirit Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1305 – 12th Avenue, Regina, SK on Monday, March 7, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Michael Maranchuk officiating. Interment in Glenavon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made, in memory of Agnes, to the We-Al-Go Club Memorial Fund, Glenavon, SK S0G 1Y0.
