Obituary of Justine Margaret Ciuca

Justine passed away on Friday March 18, 2016 at the age of 105. She was born on September 5, 1910 on the family farm outside of Broderick, Saskatchewan as one of fifteen children. She moved to Regina where she met and married Roy Ciuca in 1937. They had two sons, Douglas and Gordon. The family owned and operated Belgian Cleaners for 54 years. She was predeceased by her husband Roy; sons Douglas and Gordon; four brothers and eight sisters. Justine is survived by her sister Betty; brother Bernard; daughter-in-law Judith; grandchildren Allison (Paul), Michael (Korri), Christopher, Natasha (Jim) and Shelly; six great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, on Wednesday March 23, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those so wishing may make a memorial donation in Justine’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Unit 26-1738 Quebec Avenue, Saskatoon, SK, S7K 1V9.
