Obituary of Pauline Daisy Creeley

PAULINE D. CREELEY “Morning Red Sky Woman” APRIL 7, 1927 – APRIL 5, 2016 Pauline, age 88 years, left to be with our Creator on Tuesday afternoon, April 5, 2016 at Balcarres Care Centre with family by her side. Predeceased by husband Howard Creeley; parents Hattie and John Keewatin; children Gerald, John, Kathleen Rose, Lorraine “Rainy”, Ivan, Howard Jr, and Doreen Alexson; sisters Christina Redman, Rose Elliott, Marion Agecoutay, Mabel Horvath and Georgina Keewatin; brothers, George, Ronald, Ivan Keewatin and Richard “Dickie” Stonechild. Pauline is survived by sister Kathleen “Lolly” Keewatin and sister-in-law Margaret Keewatin; her children, Gladys McNabb, Dinah Starr, Mona Creeley-Johns (Richard), Merna Creeley, Barbara Creeley-Nanapay (Vern); special niece Delphine Agecoutay; very special grandson Steven Creeley; and long-time companion Laird “Sam” Brass. Pauline had thirty grandchildren; seventy-five great-grandchildren; and twenty-three great-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank the staff of Balcarres Care Centre and all who cared and loved her. Wake will be held at Okanese Learning Centre, on Friday April 8, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. Traditional Funeral Service will take place at Okanese Learning Centre, on Saturday April 9, 2016 at 11:00 a.m.
