They had three children Linda Archer (Cliff Barrett) of North Vancouver BC, Ronald Filleul (Darla Filleul) of Regina and Alan Filleul (Marni McKenzie) of Brunkild Manitoba. In 1970 they moved to Winnipeg where they resided for nine years before returning to Regina. Alice held several secretarial positions for the Provincial Government prior to her marriage and the Provincial Library when her children were grown. She was very active in her church including the Catholic Women's League. She enjoyed painting, was an avid sewer and knitter including making quilts for the underprivileged in underdeveloped countries. She also volunteered as a reader for the visually impaired at CNIB.
