Obituary of Damaris Rose Hofer

DAMARIS ROSE HOFER Damaris passed away peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on April 27, 2016. Damaris was born on August 25, 2010. During her five years on earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Her life was a brief gift to us from the Lord. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted parents, Robert and Christy, brothers Caleb and Noah, sister Tirzah, paternal grandparents Reverend Dan and Katie Hofer of Arm River Colony, maternal grandparents Reverend George and Esther Hofer of Spring Creek Colony, also numerous uncles, aunts and cousins and the special love of Joe Kate and family of Arm River Colony. She is being greeted in heaven with open arms by her two sisters Karen and Keturah. Dearest Sweetheart, you were like an angel living among us, you taught us the meaning of patience and true love. You brought us much joy and happiness and we will miss you oh so very much! Damaris was Daddy’s girl and Mommy’s shadow, never far from their sides. Special thanks to her teachers at Arm River School and to the staff at the Stollery Children’s Hospital for everything. The Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2016 at the Arm River Colony, SK. The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh Blessed be the name of the Lord Job1:21
