Obituary of George Aime Faucher

GEORGE FAUCHER George Aimé Faucher of Regina, SK passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at the age of 84 years. George was predeceased by his parents Amédée and Emilia Faucher and his brothers Grégoire and Louis. George is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Rose; children, Louise (Murray) Baht; Francine (Garnet) Baht, Denise (Raymond) Boudreau; and Gérald (Michelle); nine grandchildren, Marcel, Derek, Jeremy, Ryan, Amanda, Jason, Daniel, Mario and Chantal; nine great-grandchildren; sister Yolande Bissonnette; and numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews. George was a faith filled husband, father, farmer and friend to many. He loved woodworking, golfing, fishing and playing cards with his friends and family. He will be missed by all who knew him. The family would like to express their thanks for the excellent care and compassion George received from the Regina General Hospital Emergency and Unit 3E staff. The Funeral Mass will take place at St-Jean Baptiste R.C. Parish on Saturday, April 30, 2016 (TODAY) at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Don McNeil officiating.
