Donald Thomas Matthew Bennett April 13, 1942 – May 3, 2016 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Bennett on May 3, 2016. Predeceased by parents Matthew George and Ethel Gooda Bennett, father-in-law Anton Penner, brothers-in-law Dan Bokamyer and Leslie Penner. Survived by sisters Doreen (Lyman) Pigeon, Sandra Bokamyer, mothers-in-law Eva Pittman, Viola Penner, brothers-in-law Bill (Marion) Penner, Gordon (Josafina) Penner, sisters-in-law Marilyn (Wade) Colinge and Laura Dobson. Donald is survived by his loving wife of fifty-two years, Virginia, and children Donna (Duane) Varga, children Carson and Cole; Audra (Myron) Wagner, children Frank (Jamie) Lewgood, Jeness Lewgood (Gerald), Katelyn and Ryan Wagner, and great-grandson Ethan Lewgood; Jacqueline Backman, children Kyleigh, Austin and Kassidy; Trevor (Leslie) Bennett, children Tyson and Allison. Memorial Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 9, 2016. Interment to follow at Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made, in Donald’s memory, to the charity of your choice.
