I extend my condolences to the entire family of Elsie, particularly Dawn and Sydney, whom I have known for some time now. May Dear Elsie rest in peace. I only met her on a few occasions but she always had such a beautiful smile and a gentle, quiet presence. Hers was a short life, well lived, and surrounded by her loving family.
