Sincere condolences on the passing of my cousin Christina Hildegard Curtis, my deepest sympathies go out to her two daughters. This includes Brook and Dawn and their families, as well as my Aunt Paula, the mother of Cris. Condolences also go out to her siblings, Susan, John, and Shirley. May the Lord comfort you in your loss.
Cris was a very gentle and loving spirit who left us much too soon. I am comforted knowing that she is no longer suffering. I have many fond memories of us growing up together in Edmonton as our families spent much time together. Our mothers often sang and played the guitar in the back yard of the Ritchie house where Cris grew up, while us kids ran around the house without a care in the world.
It was so nice to see Cris last summer in Kelowna looking well and happy. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worse. I'm grateful for that visit, as that is how I will remember her, happy and smiling. She will be missed.
