Obituary of Brian Kasper Izbicki

Brian “Cas” Izbicki passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016 at the age of 69. He is survived by his sister Donna Lukomski; brother-in-law Krys Chalupa; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Cas enjoyed playing sports but his main passion was hockey. He played in the Pats Hockey chain up to juvenile and later in the “over 30” hockey league where he made many friends. Cas worked in the corrections field at the Regina Correctional Centre until his retirement. He loved music and played in several local bands in the 1960’s. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of the Allan Blair Cancer Centre as well as nurses and staff of Regina Wascana Grace Hospice. Prayer Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Anthony’s RC Church, 2275 Atkinson Street, Regina on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park.
