It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Horst Ruhtz on Wednesday, June 29, 2016. He was a loving husband to his wife Dorothea, a wonderful father to his daughter Erika Fisher (Darryl), and a great brother to his sisters Lily and Annelise from Berlin. He will be greatly missed.
