It is with great love and sadness that we announce the passing of our dear Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Victoria “Vicky” Dumba. She was predeceased by her loving husband George in 1987. Victoria is survived by her daughter Elizabeth “Betty Ann” (Bill) Nesteroff, granddaughter Joelle (Cal) Krysak, great grandsons Zakary and Rhett, grandson Corey (Kim) Nesteroff, great grandchildren Benjamin and Sophia; daughter Joan (Greg) Mrazek, grandsons Kyle and Jamie; Son Al (Cindy) Dumba, grandson Jared, granddaughter Cassie (Derek) Dodd, great grandchildren Blaike and Mack; daughter Alice Dumba. Victoria grew up on the farm in Cupar, Saskatchewan and married her beloved husband George in 1946 and moved to the Dumba homestead north of Dysart. Vicky and George were a true partnership and farmed together and raised four children in a very loving home. Vicky was deeply involved with church and community activities and surrounded herself with loving family and friends. A great hostess and wonderful cook Vicky loved entertaining and sharing laughter with those she loved. The family would like to say a special thank you to the wonderful staff at Santa Maria Care Home for their friendship and great care provided to mom in her last years. We also extend thanks to the staff at the Pasqua Hospital Emergency and Ward 3D for the amazing care she received during her final days.
