I was absolutely taken aback when I received the news of Darrell's passing. Although we did not keep in close contact with each other I often spoke about Darrell when asked about my youth. Darrell and family always accepted me and my short comings and I have many fond memories of the cabin at the lake and Ken teaching me how to drive the Acadian on the way to Calgary. Darrell and I shared numerous adventures together that when I reminisce about always brings on a wide grin. My heartfelt sympathy to the family.

We extend our condolences to Darrell's family. We remember him well, from his regular visits to his father Ken at Campbell Care, driving his classic car. Taken so young, only 60. RIP, and Godspeed, Darrell, to that better place!
