Obituary of Elsie May Nisbet

Elsie Nisbet, late of Regina, SK, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016 at the age of 86 years. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Hilda Jones; sisters, Doris and Eileen; brothers-in-law, Steve, Doug G, and Doug M; many close cousins and close friends. Elsie is survived by her daughter Virginia. Elsie was born in Regina on February of 1930 and was raised initially in Grayburn, SK then in Lawson, SK. She entered the workforce as a telephone operator first in Regina, then moved to Victoria, B. C. where she married and started her family. Moving back to Saskatchewan in 1955, she commenced work with the Federal Government, where she remained until her retirement 35 years later. Funeral Service will take place at First Presbyterian Church on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend John Ferrier officiating. Even though Elsie was a magnificant gardener, flowers are most gratefully declined.
