Carl, age 88 years passed away Monday, May 16, 2016. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Barbara; sisters, Mary, Kay, and Wilhelmina; and brothers, Nick and Richard. Mr. Ell is survived by his wife Jean; three children, Rick (Cheryl), Carol (Ed), and Sharon (Tim); 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 4 brothers, John, Leo (Helen), Robert (Ellie), and Ed (Pam); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Carl’s Life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. followed by Interment at Riverside Memorial Park.
