Such a shock to hear of Bill's passing. Bill always greeted us with a smile every day at the office. It didn't matter how many times in a day you might happen to run into Bill, he was always cheerful. One of the friendliest people you could ever get to know. Bill you will be sadly missed.

We remember Bill from the days he worked at the KFC here in Estevan and especially when he ran his own restaurant - Smilin Bills Family Restaurant. He did a great job at both places and was a great guy. Our sympathies.

It was a sad day to hear of Bills passing. Over the years we had many conversations - especially sports. He especially had a passion for the Blue Jays and Leafs. I always dropped off my newspaper for him so he could cut out the crossword for himself. I especially remember our last visit as he came to our dept. for a visit. My thoughts and prayers to the family.

Bill and I used to have some great conversations, anything from family to the Blue Jays. He always made sure I had my name tag or sign-in into the building. "It's for your safety," he would say.Thanks for all the years of keeping us safe in our work place Bill.
