Obituary of Odell Mario

ODELL MARIO March 23, 1948 - October 30, 2016 It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother and Grandma. Predeceased by her soul mate and husband Dale Mario, Odell is survived by her daughter Tammy; son Jody; her precious boys, Josh, Jake, and Jack; son-in-law Tim; parents, Dorothy and Jack MacKay; sisters, Kathy Jones (Ken) and Liz MacKay (Jim Fleming); brother Tom MacKay; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends. Odell prided herself on being a stay at home Mom, not only for her own children, but for her many nieces and nephews. She showed tremendous courage during her fight with cancer, while maintaining dignity and a welcome sense of humour. Odell will be deeply missed yet will always remain in our hearts. In keeping with Odell's wish, there will not be a funeral service. Rather she will be remembered, honoured and celebrated privately by family.
