Obituary of Marilyn Jane Reiss

MARILYN JANE REISS (nee Stenerson) JUNE 18, 1952 – NOVEMBER 13, 2016 Marilyn of Regina, SK, passed away peacefully after living with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for several years. She was predeceased by her father Norman and brother Grant. Marilyn is survived by her mother Teresa; sons, Chad (Michelle) and Jered; brother Brian (Debbie) of Flin Flon, and their children, Erin (Darren), Niki (Ted), and Ryan (Natalie); as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, grand-nieces, and a grand-nephew. She was born in Regina, grew up in Lajord, attended Miller High school in Regina, and married Michael Reiss in 1977. Marilyn was an avid knitter and crocheter, always making baby gifts for friends and relatives and donating mittens and toques to local charities and hospitals. Funeral Service will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Riverside Memorial Park. Flowers gratefully declined.
