Obituary of Garnet Earl Doering

Garnet, died suddenly on Sunday, November 27, 2016. He was born in Regina, SK on July 9, 1947 to Walter and Christina Doering. Garnet was predeceased by his first wife Darlene and sister Irene McLeod. He is survived by his loving partner of twenty years Fay Billett; his two precious daughters Nichole Doering (Corey Ward) of Red Deer, AB and Danielle (Shaun) Silzer of Regina, SK; brother Ronnie (Ramona) Doering; Fay’s three sons Corey (Darlynn), Lloyd (Michelle) and Bruce (Corie) all of Indian Head, SK. Grandpa will be remembered and loved by his grandchildren Dacey, Dreydon, Jayden, Renae, Alexia, Jordyn, Madison, Sly, Marie, Ashton, Brody, Skylar, Conner, Calvin, Miya and one great-granddaughter Nora. Celebration of Garnet’s life will be held at his home with family and friends. In lieu of flowers, friends so wishing may make a memorial donation in Garnet’s name to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan, Unit 26-1738 Quebec Avenue, Saskatoon, SK, S7K 1V9.
