Harry, Tara and Cole I am sorry for your loss. I worked with Max for a few years in COU. Her smile, laugh, knowledge, and her big heart made her an angel on earth to many a family and patient. Besides having the privilege of working with her I also was one of the lucky families who experienced her wonderful nursing skills. She was a truly great nurse.

Sending our sincere condolences to Max's family and friends at this sad time.
I have wonderful memories of when the family lived in Vancouver back in the early 70s. Max was my older, more sophisticated cousin and I loved spending time with her, Janice and Perry, Auntie Joyce and Uncle Johnny. Those were great family times.

To Maxine's family. I am so very saddened to hear of your loss. While I had worked at the Plains Health Centre, I had not directly worked with her. Only in the past year did I have the opportunity to work a bit with Maxine and witness the dedication and passion she had for her profession. She had a smile that lit up a room and will be missed by all who had the good fortune to meet her. I hope the fond memories you will share keep her alive in your hearts.

I am so sorry for your loss, I was blessed with the opportunity to work with Maxine in SICU for 6 months. She was a very nice person and was great at her job. I had the opportunity again to visit with Maxine a few times at Grandview beach as we joined the beach family once again in April. We were able to spend a little time with her and Harry in the summer, she was a very brave and thoughtful woman always thinking of others. I am happy to of had this time with her although short she will always be in my heart, our condolences to her family.

I am so sorry for the loss of Max. She was a wonderful person and I have nothing but amazing memories of her. She was an amazing nurse and mentor. She always brought a smile to my face with her stories and she will be greatly missed.
